Legal relationship: workers are Sigma employees, not the client’s—so the client is freed from direct employment risk while still getting workforce matched to operational needs.

Since Permenaker No. 7 of 2026, outsourcing scope in Indonesia is limited to six support categories: cleaning, catering, security, employee transportation, general operational support, and mining-sector support. Sigma operates fully within the regulated scope.
