- Conduct phone-based debt collection professionally.
- Remind customers of upcoming and overdue payment deadlines.
- Provide appropriate payment solutions to customers.
- Prepare accurate daily collection reports.
Requirements
- Male/Female, maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Previous experience as Desk Collection.
- Understanding of OJK collection ethics and compliance.
- Communicative and target-oriented.
- Comfortable using a computer/laptop.
- Willing to follow company SOP.
